1. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer standard shipping with an estimated delivery time of approximately 2 weeks (10–14 business days) for orders within the United States.

For international orders, delivery times may vary depending on the destination country and customs processing. Additional duties or taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.

3. Order Tracking

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification with your tracking number. You can track your order using the link provided. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

4. Shipping Delays

Splashout is not responsible for delays in shipping caused by carriers, weather conditions, customs processing, or other circumstances beyond our control. If your order is significantly delayed, please contact us at support@splashout.us and we will do our best to assist you.

5. Lost or Stolen Packages

Splashout is not liable for any products lost or stolen during shipment. If you believe your order has been lost or stolen, please contact the carrier directly using your tracking number. You may also reach out to us at support@splashout.us for assistance.

6. International Shipping

We ship internationally. Please note that customs fees, import duties, and taxes are not included in our prices and are the responsibility of the buyer. Splashout has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.
